Materials
My earrings are handcrafted with polymer clay. Each pair starts with an 18 karat gold plated post of sorts OR hoop. They are all hypoallergenic and nickel free. Some pairs have gold plated brass accents attached for a little dazzle! If there is an accent piece, the earrings will then have 14 karat plated gold jump rings to bring the product together. I try and point out what is made with what in the product descriptions. Refer to those if you have any questions, or contact me directly.
Calla Lily Clay Earring Care
When taking your earrings out for the day make sure they are stored in a cool, dry place to prevent any discoloration and/or breakage. Do not shower or go swimming with your earrings in, as water can speed up any type of discoloration there may be with the metal hardware.
Return policies/Repairs
If there is any breakage and/or problems with your earrings please reach out to me ASAP. I will remake any earrings within 90 days, if a problem occurs. If you are unhappy with a product after it has been replaced/repaired during this time period, I will issue a full refund of said product. In this circumstance I will email a return slip and will want said product returned.
